In the first days of June, the Aurora multimarket chain launched a new charity event. The goal is to raise UAH 3 million to purchase school supplies and gadgets for the beneficiaries of our Fund.
Aurora and Live Animations have created a unique children’s set called FUN BOX, and hopes to sell 300 thousand of these to achieve the goal. All profits from the sale will be donated to the needs of our children.
“Even in the dark times of war, education remains a light of hope for our children. Despite the circumstances, we must support children in their studies, because education is not just knowledge, but the basis on which their future is built. School supplies and gadgets are crucial for our children. Thanks to this campaign, the Fund will provide children who have lost their homes and loved ones due to the war with the necessary resources for education and development. Supporting the education of our children today is an investment in a peaceful and prosperous tomorrow for our entire country,” said Tetiana Novytska, CEO of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund.
Each FUN BOX contains temporary augmented reality tattoos and glow-in-the-dark neon tattoos. A collection of different designs has been created so everyone can find a sticker to their liking. In addition, the box includes soap bubbles and foil balloons (more than 60 variants), and in some packages, customers will be lucky to find a certificate with a gift from the campaign partners.
“With this campaign, we want to bring back childhood to children and add more joy and carefree spirit to their lives. And at the same time, to support children who lost one or both parents during the war with everything they need to study. Although we understand that we cannot replace parents’ care even by 1%, we are proving by our actions that Ukrainians are united. They empathize and help each other in difficult moments of their lives. And this is our insurmountable strength,” Roman Sivkovsky, Marketing Director of Aurora, shared his thoughts on the charity initiative.
