The Children of Heroes Charity Fund and the Ukrainian Educational Platform have successfully implemented the Strong Together project in Kryvyi Rih. This initiative has become a crucial step in supporting children who have lost one or both parents to the war and their guardians.
Thanks to a grant from the Ukrainian Educational Platform, 12 families received 82 hours of psychological counseling as part of the program to help orphans and children in difficult life circumstances. In addition, 15 art therapy sessions were organized. Through creative activities, children learned to better cope with their emotions and express their feelings through art.
The project’s results are impressive. 75% of the participants noticed a significant decrease in anxiety, improvement in their psycho-emotional state, and strengthening of their ability to overcome emotional difficulties. For 90% of the children, art therapy has become a real support in overcoming their experiences and helped them find harmony and self-confidence.
Our Fund continues to actively expand the range of partnerships to give support, strength, and hope to our beneficiaries. Together, we help families find harmony and confidence in the future.
