FAQ

When was the Fund established and what is its mission?

The Fund was launched on April 1, 2022, shortly after the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Our mission is to help children who have lost one or both parents due to the war cope with their loss and receive the support they need throughout their childhood. This includes both immediate and long-term support – humanitarian aid, psychological rehabilitation, legal assistance, educational support, and more.

If you’d like to learn more about our programs and how donations are used, you can view our monthly reports.

The Fund supports children who have lost one or both parents due to Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. Since our founding, we’ve helped thousands of children some of whom have chosen to share their stories of survival and perseverance. You can read more about the children we support.

Check out our step-by-step guide on how to apply for child support. If you need help with the application process or have any questions, please contact our Ukrainian team at [email protected].

The Fund’s support is long-term. Our goal is to stand by each child through all aspects of life until they reach adulthood.

The Fund is officially registered. You can view our constituent documents (please note that they are in Ukrainian):

We also publish monthly reports showing how donations are used. If you have any questions, comments, or feedback, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
