Therefore, we have created a chatbot for families who have been under the foundation’s care for over three months.The chatbot is a virtual assistant available 24/7. It’s very easy to use: all you need is a smartphone or a laptop.With the help of the chatbot, our beneficiary families can:

• Create requests for necessary assistance and track their status.
• Maintain contact with their family assistant.
Over the past three months, more than 5,000 families have used the chatbot.
